About Us
Access Done Right (ADR) is a forward-thinking company made up of three key divisions: ADR Security, ADR Consulting, and ADR Training. Our mission is to make environments more accessible and inclusive for all, particularly focusing on improving the experience for disabled individuals in a variety of sectors.
Our Division
ADR Security stands out by providing highly trained security personnel with a focus on customer service and accessibility, particularly at large-scale events, festivals, and accessible venues.
After 10 years of experience in the events and festival industry, we identified a recurring issue: the lack of quality security personnel. Many security staff had minimal training or knowledge about the events they were working at, despite being the main point of contact for customers.

ADR Consulting helps businesses improve their accessibility policies and procedures, leading to enhanced inclusion, increased revenue, and a more diverse customer base.
By improving accessibility provision, we enhance inclusion and diversity for both customers and employees, leading to increased revenue and attendance as well as working alongside the Attitude is Everything Best Practise Charter and ensuring compliance with the Equalities Act 2010.
